When companies make acquisitions, they take on new real estate that they probably didn’t plan for, which often adds cost and complication to their business.
Many small and midsize firms lack the expertise to resolve these problems and don't have budget to onboard full time resources.
AxisPoint CRE improves operating efficiency by swiftly executing strategies to optimize post-acquisition real estate.
We are comprised of ex-Accenture, Deloitte, and McKinsey consultants and former Heads of Real Estate for Fortune 500 companies.
The real estate that comes with M&A activity can often disrupt and impede operations, and create unneeded operating expenses. AxisPoint CRE helps small and midsize firms improve profitability by optimizing their corporate real estate.

Data Visibility
Improved insights and decisions. We connect to all existing CRE systems and capture siloed data to create a single source of truth and build a consolidated portfolio view.
Technology Consolidation
Greater efficiency and ease-of-use. We map the CRE ecosystem, classify user dependencies and workflow reliance, inventory systems and tools, and resolve functional overlap and duplication.
Workplace Integration
Enhanced cultural alignment. We combine workplace strategies, assess hybrid schedules and remote status, improve attraction and retention, and implement change management.
Target Operating Footprint
Less excess space, improved supply chain. We identify and execute footprint consolidations, perform location assessments, create and execute property exit strategies, and build supporting business cases.
Vendor Rationalization
Improved pricing, terms, and service levels. We map the supplier landscape, identify overlap and duplication, review contracts for improved terms and restructuring, draft and manage RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Capital Projects Priorization
Fewer delays and cost overruns. We validate pipeline forecasts, design resource allocation and capital realignment, assess asset disruption risk, and streamline governance and processes.
