Previously, Phil was a Senior Expert at McKinsey & Company in the Real Estate and People & Organizational Performance practices, advising leaders on distributed work, real estate optimization, and the purpose of the office. Prior to McKinsey, he was VP of Enterprise Experience and Workplace Strategy at WeWork.
