Gabe Burke is a seasoned corporate real estate strategist with more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of finance, workplace productivity, and business strategy. He previously led Portfolio Strategies for Accenture’s Real Estate & Workplace Solutions consulting practice. His work focuses on helping organizations optimize their real estate portfolios for a post-pandemic workforce—balancing cost efficiency, flexibility, and performance.

Gabe’s thought leadership on workplace transformation and return-to-office strategy has been featured in leading publications such as U.S. News, Barron’s and The Mercury News.

He has led complex real estate projects in all major global markets. Clients include CVS Health, AIG Insurance, AdaptHealth, Union Pacific, Logitech, and BlackBerry. Prior to Accenture, Gabe served as a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield and a Senior Vice President with Colliers International.
